What you will do

• Interpret technical statements of work and design documentation to lead project planning, budgeting, and implementation.
• Manage financial aspects including cost control, budget adherence, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including fitters and site supervisors.
• Plan and maintain project schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing and installation environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
• Comprehensive knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV switchgear.
• Strong contract and commercial understanding.
• Proven ability to supervise engineers and site supervisors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
