What you will do
- Manage a full 360 sales cycle, including prospecting and end-to-end pipeline management.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and close incoming inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the UK Team Lead and the wider Revenue Org to achieve revenue targets.
- Test and iterate on pitches, value propositions, and messaging for a new product suite.
- Partner with companies to improve their recruitment strategy and employer brand visibility.
Requirements
- Around 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs.
- Experience and understanding of outbound selling, cold calling, and pipeline building.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate within a small team in a global environment.
- Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a B2B environment.
- Understanding of solution-based selling.
