Strategic Business Development Manager (SaaS/Travel): Driving new business acquisition and commercial growth for mid-market and enterprise organisations with an accent on strategic prospecting and relationship building. Location: Hybrid: Minimum 60% office attendance in London

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify and convert new B2B opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations through targeted prospecting.
- Manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, applying commercial judgment throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze market segments and customer needs to uncover new growth paths and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute market intelligence and strategic recommendations to shape the approach to market expansion.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering new business growth in B2B sales or commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, technology, or travel.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to build long-term commercial relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and a history of achieving ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
