TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Manager (SaaS/Travel): Driving new business acquisition and commercial growth for mid-market and enterprise organisations with an accent on strategic prospecting and relationship building. Focus on expanding the customer base, optimizing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with product teams to refine the commercial proposition.

Location: Hybrid: Minimum 60% office attendance in London

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert new B2B opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations through targeted prospecting.
  • Manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, applying commercial judgment throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze market segments and customer needs to uncover new growth paths and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute market intelligence and strategic recommendations to shape the approach to market expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering new business growth in B2B sales or commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, technology, or travel.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to build long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a history of achieving ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
