What you will do

  • Own the UK territory by creating account plans and driving pipeline through executive-level prospecting.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales process through to closing.
  • Drive upsell and expansion within existing customer accounts and assist with renewals.
  • Collaborate with the global Product Management team to improve user experience and roadmap planning.
  • Conduct onsite prospect meetings and represent the company at industry events.
  • Manage CRM forecasting and oversee trials and pilots alongside onboarding engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consistent achievement in Market Development and SMB/MM Account Executive roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS sales, preferably within the Property, Building, or Facilities Management sector.
  • Proven ability to use sales methodologies to demonstrate and quantify value to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a disciplined approach to CRM management.
