What you will do
- Own the UK territory by creating account plans and driving pipeline through executive-level prospecting.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales process through to closing.
- Drive upsell and expansion within existing customer accounts and assist with renewals.
- Collaborate with the global Product Management team to improve user experience and roadmap planning.
- Conduct onsite prospect meetings and represent the company at industry events.
- Manage CRM forecasting and oversee trials and pilots alongside onboarding engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consistent achievement in Market Development and SMB/MM Account Executive roles.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS sales, preferably within the Property, Building, or Facilities Management sector.
- Proven ability to use sales methodologies to demonstrate and quantify value to senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a disciplined approach to CRM management.
