What you will do

• Act as the senior clinical leader for the Obesity & Metabolic Health division, ensuring clinical quality, safety, and performance.
• Maintain clinical governance processes, pathways, and SOPs, including leading audits and ensuring DCB0129 compliance.
• Partner with the CMO to execute high-priority initiatives and provide leadership continuity during their absence.
• Collaborate with product, data, and coaching teams to optimize digital interventions and patient behavioural support programs.
• Serve as the primary external spokesperson in media, at industry conferences, and with regulators.
• Directly execute high-priority clinical projects from strategy to delivery.

Requirements

• GMC-registered medical professional.
• Proven experience owning clinical governance and safety within complex healthcare environments.
• Ability to rapidly master the obesity care landscape and emerging treatments like GLP-1/GIP therapies.
• Strong communication skills with the authority to represent the company in high-stakes public settings.
• Must be based in London for hybrid office collaboration.
