What you will do

  • Provide oversight for assigned clients, including implementation, ongoing management, and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, providing mentorship and training to junior staff.
  • Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with adverse event reporting regulations and product quality complaint processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop medical information content such as FAQs and scientific response documents.
  • Monitor work processes to ensure adherence to service standards and client KPIs.

Requirements

  • Advanced healthcare degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid work permit in the UK or the European Union.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Medical Information or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in medical information database systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of FDA/regulatory post-marketing adverse event reporting.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Contact Center environment.
  • Therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, or Neurology.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Additional language skills.
