What you will do
- Provide oversight for assigned clients, including implementation, ongoing management, and regular performance reviews.
- Manage and develop direct reports, providing mentorship and training to junior staff.
- Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ensure compliance with adverse event reporting regulations and product quality complaint processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop medical information content such as FAQs and scientific response documents.
- Monitor work processes to ensure adherence to service standards and client KPIs.
Requirements
- Advanced healthcare degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Must hold a valid work permit in the UK or the European Union.
- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Information or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in medical information database systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of FDA/regulatory post-marketing adverse event reporting.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Contact Center environment.
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, or Neurology.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Additional language skills.
