Location: Remote (Home Office). Must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK. Ideally located in Poland, Ireland, UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain. Working hours: US hours (2pm to 2am CET Mon-Fri).

What you will do

• Translate English documents into Spanish and vice-versa, delivering responses via phone or in writing.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and patients.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medical writing for adverse event narratives and custom medical inquiry responses.
• Evaluate medical literature to research and develop information for dissemination to healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate quality-related complaints with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, healthcare, or an equivalent field.
• English: C1 level obligatory.
• Spanish: Native or mother tongue fluency essential.
• Strong clinical background and professional translation skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the European Union or the UK.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as PharmD, M Pharma, or MSc in Life Sciences.
• Experience in call centers, medical information, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases.
• Experience in medical writing.
