What you will do

• Lead the medical team across a large network affiliate, managing brands in multiple disease states.
• Provide strategic and scientific direction to creative, account, and planning teams for content creation.
• Analyze clinical data, conduct literature searches, and participate in medical conferences to identify trends.
• Mentor and supervise medical team members, overseeing department resources and performance.
• Guide submissions for client medical and regulatory approval processes.
• Drive organic account growth and participate in new business activities.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific/clinical degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) required.
• 7-10 years of experience in an agency or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 4-5 years of advertising agency or marketing experience.
• Proven track record of scientific storytelling and communicating medical advances.
• Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations and AMA editorial style.
• Ability to travel as needed.
