Salary: £100,000–£110,000 plus 25% performance-related bonus

What you will do
- Provide patient-centred clinical and professional leadership for the pharmacy operations.
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards, MHRA regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee and manage Controlled Drugs governance and accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain safe working practices and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and audit medicines expenditure while driving efficiency through automation.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to shape future pharmacy strategy.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with current GPhC registration is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent Pharmacist or senior pharmacy leader.
- Strong understanding of GPhC and MHRA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing Controlled Drugs governance and high-volume pharmacy environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage regulatory inspections.
- Must be able to work onsite in Winnersh.
Nice to have
- Experience in online pharmacy or private healthcare.
- Background in medical cannabis or multi-site pharmacy operations.
- Experience scaling pharmacy operations and implementing new technology.
