Location: Must be based in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain and legally eligible to work in the EU or UK. Working hours: US hours (2pm–2am CET, Mon–Fri).

What you will do

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify and document adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medical writing for custom responses and adverse event narratives.
• Translate medical documents between English and target languages.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments regarding product complaints.
• Conduct literature research to support medical information dissemination.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent clinical background.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work US-aligned hours (2pm–2am CET).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with medical information or safety databases.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Pharma D, M Pharma, MSc).
• Previous experience in call centers, medical information, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with medical writing.
