What you will do
- Acquire and sign clients in cultural and creative sectors, including museums and art institutions’ licensing departments, IP owners, creative studios, and cultural heritage brands.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal pitching, contract signing, and payment collection to meet assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain a client database, run regular follow-ups, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Track industry trends (e.g., trending IPs and consumer behavior) and provide frontline feedback for exhibition zone planning and content curation.
- Collaborate across exhibition sectors (e.g., Film & TV, Gaming, Fashion) to enable cross-over collaborations between cultural IPs and non-cultural brands.
Requirements
- College degree or above and 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Must meet at least one: sales experience in cultural/art/design industries, experience selling exhibition booths/market stalls, or business experience dealing with brand owners or IP licensors.
- Solid understanding of the cultural and creative ecosystem and the “IP licensing - product development - channel sales” business model.
