TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Candidates must be able to sync with a project team based in the U.S. Eastern time zone.

What you will do

  • Design and lead the go-to-market strategy to drive player awareness, traffic, installs, retention, and revenues.
  • Develop product marketing, key positioning statements, branding, and messaging strategies.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage the marketing budget efficiently to drive growth.
  • Oversee community management and grassroots marketing programs to increase player engagement.
  • Manage PR and communications with the media and the community to solidify product positioning.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform high-level design and planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on Marketing Leadership role.
  • Proven track record of marketing video games from development through launch and beyond.
  • Deep knowledge of the Indie game industry and general video game market.
  • Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in social media marketing and influencer negotiation/management.
  • Ability to sync with a project team based in the U.S. Eastern time zone.
