TL;DR

Head of Brand (Gamedev): Lead, create, and implement product-specific campaign strategies across global markets with an accent on brand organization, coordination across Marketing, PR, and Community. Focus on defining 5-year brand strategy, conducting market research, informing product roadmaps, and exploring revenue diversification opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office at hirify.global, Farnham, United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Define, build, and lead the Brand organization, coordinating strategy across Marketing, PR, and Community.
  • Set marketing goals, KPIs, product positioning, target audiences, and regional plans with SOE Marketing.
  • Build and execute a 5-year Two Point brand strategy, driving stakeholder buy-in.
  • Contribute to long-term product roadmaps across platforms based on research and feedback.
  • Line manage community managers and plan team growth.
  • Manage product marketing budgets, deliver updates in studio meetings, and maintain SEGA relationships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience owning product marketing from concept to launch.
  • Deep knowledge of video games, digital retail, and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication and line management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google, Facebook, Twitter, Steam, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project, time, organizational, interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for entertainment and video games; team-focused, creative, and ambitious.
