Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw or Wrocław, Poland (Onsite/Hybrid).

hirify.global is a major Polish video game developer with over 30 years of experience, known for iconic franchises like Dying Light and Call of Juarez.

What you will do

  • Set the overall marketing direction across brand, communications, user acquisition, and performance marketing.
  • Lead global marketing campaigns from announcement through launch and post-launch support.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product and Creative teams.
  • Manage and develop multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, platform partners, and media outlets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in AAA games.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale international marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand, digital, and performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial objectives.

  • Proficiency in Polish or additional languages.
