What you will do

• Own the requirements elaboration for Guidewire modules, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to document and translate functional and non-functional requirements into Guidewire-aligned solutions.
• Provide clear and detailed requirement handovers to development and configuration teams.
• Support development teams during implementation and conduct pre-UAT validation.
• Participate in Sprint Reviews and deliver feature demonstrations to business stakeholders.
• Perform post-implementation validation and provide sign-off for owned features and epics.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance domain.
• Solid knowledge of commercial insurance, specifically Property & Casualty.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter).
• Experience supporting large-scale digital or core system transformation projects.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and participating in all Agile ceremonies.
• Must be located in Mexico.
