Compensation: $195,000–$230,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the global localization strategy, ensuring brand resonance across diverse markets.
  • Partner with Data and Research teams to identify growth opportunities and uncover cultural behavioral nuances.
  • Develop and steer local marketing plans grounded in deep insight rather than templated replication.
  • Drive expansion into new and emerging markets with a focus on community fit and long-term potential.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to shape campaigns that balance global halo impact with local expression.
  • Build and manage a network of local partners and collaborators to ensure high-quality, culturally attuned execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading localization strategies across multiple markets.
  • Deep experience in consumer brands with a strong instinct for brand-building and cultural relevance.
  • Highly fluent in data and research, using insights to shape strategy and understand human behavior.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working fluidly with Brand, Product, and Data teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to move between high-level vision and hands-on execution.
