Compensation: $195,000–$230,000 USD.

What you will do
- Define and lead the global localization strategy, ensuring brand resonance across diverse markets.
- Partner with Data and Research teams to identify growth opportunities and uncover cultural behavioral nuances.
- Develop and steer local marketing plans grounded in deep insight rather than templated replication.
- Drive expansion into new and emerging markets with a focus on community fit and long-term potential.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to shape campaigns that balance global halo impact with local expression.
- Build and manage a network of local partners and collaborators to ensure high-quality, culturally attuned execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and leading localization strategies across multiple markets.
- Deep experience in consumer brands with a strong instinct for brand-building and cultural relevance.
- Highly fluent in data and research, using insights to shape strategy and understand human behavior.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working fluidly with Brand, Product, and Data teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to move between high-level vision and hands-on execution.
