What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives.
- Execute outbound activities including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach toward target accounts.
- Identify new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities in the Italian region.
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential B2B clients and partners.
- Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in HubSpot and contribute to revenue generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles.
- Confidence in speaking with decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Must be based in Italy.

- Proficiency in German.
- Existing client portfolio.
