What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives.
  • Execute outbound activities including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach toward target accounts.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities in the Italian region.
  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential B2B clients and partners.
  • Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in HubSpot and contribute to revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles.
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
  • Existing client portfolio.
