What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Lithuania and Europe.
- Promote hirify.global services including SAP implementation and ML/AI projects.
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through networking and market research.
- Engage with SAP Baltic and Nordic partners for joint initiatives.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, marketing, and global sales teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Lithuania.
- English: C1+ required.
- Lithuanian: C1+ required.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem, ERP solutions, or enterprise consulting services.
- Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions to enterprise customers.
