Referral Partner Manager (Fintech/iGaming): Own and grow a referral partner network by managing the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new partners to driving partner-generated revenue. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)
Salary: Gross from 2800 EUR + performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of referral partners
- Own the full referral partner lifecycle: identify, attract, onboard, and activate new partners
- Drive long-term partner relationships and partner revenue growth
- Run regular partner check-ins and QBRs; tailor partnership models to partner needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain CRM accuracy with performance reporting
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities; support scaling the referral portal
Requirements
- Experience in referral, affiliate, partner, or channel management
- Background in iGaming, fintech, or affiliate industries
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Strong analytical skills, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex partnerships
- Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork
Nice to have
- Enterprise partner/client experience
- Payments or fintech product knowledge
- Additional languages (e.g., Russian, German, Spanish)
