What you will do

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct business meetings and joint sessions for application and requirements development.
• Review, systemize, and maintain business and software requirements documentation.
• Decompose business requirements into manageable parts and communicate them to development teams.
• Maintain project roadmaps, perform gap analysis, and analyze development risks and error causes.
• Collaborate with project teams and technical specialists to support successful delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst and 1+ year as a System Analyst.
• Experience with software documentation, requirements elicitation, and requirements management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing, decomposing, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN or UML.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Jira and Confluence knowledge; English and German at Intermediate+ level or above.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of banking, neobanking, insurance, payments, or fintech.
• International professional certifications such as PSPO or PSM.
