What you will do

• Lead product teams across multiple projects and define detailed UX/UI requirements.
• Develop and deliver impactful user experience strategies and design concepts.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize digital products.
• Run experiments to validate and iterate on design concepts.
• Act as a discipline expert to resolve complex interface design problems.
• Maintain product design standards and mentor junior designers to foster innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design processes.
• Expertise in Figma, MacOS, Adobe CS, and Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of design systems and human-centered design principles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid/remote model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Framer.
• Basic motion design skills.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with behavioral psychology and data analytics.
