What you will do

• Own major product and growth surfaces end to end, from research and user flows through interface design, prototyping, specifications, and QA.
• Translate clinical blood-test results into clear, actionable experiences for non-clinical users.
• Design daily experiences across the Eat, Move, Sleep, and Relax pillars.
• Create personalized experiences for members with different biological profiles while maintaining system coherence.
• Own acquisition and activation experiences in partnership with product and growth.
• Establish the design system and set product design direction for upcoming quarters.

Requirements

• Approximately 4+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer work, design decisions, trade-offs, and lessons learned.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, including work with dense information such as ranges, trends, and states.
• Mobile-first approach and hands-on prototyping skills for testing assumptions.
• Ability to own outcomes, operate effectively in ambiguity, and collaborate directly with product, engineering, leadership, and clinical stakeholders.
• Confident and responsible use of AI tools where they improve the design process.
