What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to design and ship features across the entire platform.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product direction and solve specific customer needs.
• Create and prototype simple, elegant interfaces while maintaining high visual quality.
• Communicate design vision effectively to stakeholders and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing.
• Manage complex interaction patterns and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the design system.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and UI design skills grounded in user-centered principles.
• Proficiency in working with design systems to create scalable, functional, and beautiful products.
• Ability to distill complex business problems into clear, focused design solutions.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
