Product Designer (SaaS)

Product Designer (SaaS): Owning end-to-end UX design for an omnichannel customer engagement platform across five product pillars with an accent on CRM, CDP, and AI-integrated workflows. Focus on establishing design processes from the ground up, conducting user research, and building a scalable design system.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 2 days per week in office

hirify.global is an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform powered by a built-in CDP serving over 200 clients across iGaming, sports betting, and financial services.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty pillars.
• Manage the full design cycle from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library across the platform.
• Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to synthesize findings into actionable product direction.
• Establish scalable design processes by integrating AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to ensure feasibility and implementation quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from research to shipped product.
• Experience designing for complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products (Martech, Fintech, or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously as the sole design resource across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI tools within the design process.
• Experience building or evolving design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or financial services.
