What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI product surfaces, moving from initial concept to shipped product.
• Create interaction patterns for human-AI workflows, including prompting, review, confirmation, and error recovery.
• Design interfaces that clearly communicate AI reasoning, confidence levels, and predicted next steps.
• Translate complex, multi-step AI capabilities into controllable and usable flows for everyday contexts.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to rapidly test and iterate on ideas.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product or UX designer with a portfolio showcasing web or mobile products.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, information hierarchy, and rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and fast iteration workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and navigate ambiguity in product requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
• Deep conceptual thinking regarding trust, control, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
