What you will do
- Own the revenue targets, setting strategic plans and remaining accountable for MRR outcomes.
- Lead the full B2B2C sales motion by identifying and closing resellers, such as hosting providers and agencies.
- Design and manage the reseller partner program, including onboarding, enablement, and performance incentives.
- Drive demand generation by running inbound and outbound programs to fill the sales pipeline.
- Manage and develop the Account Executive and Growth Lead to ensure high-standard output.
- Oversee the GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and partner tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in early-stage environments owning functions without a pre-existing playbook.
- Proven track record of building pipelines, programs, or teams from a standing start.
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust, direct-communication environment with a low-ego approach to conflict.
- Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions based on incomplete information.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in web hosting, cybersecurity, or SaaS infrastructure.
- Experience specifically with B2B2C or partner-led sales models.
