What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of AI/AIOps technical solutions for major clients and programs.
• Act as trusted technology advisor and technical leader for clients and hirify.global leadership.
• Develop and apply scalable AI solutions using cloud-native tools and generative AI technologies.
• Coach and mentor technical teams and contribute to hirify.global’s technical community.
• Drive standards, best practices, and innovation in AI architecture and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and service lines to enhance offerings and frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid in specified cities.
• English: B2 level required.
• Strong expertise in AI/AIOps solution design and cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible, and hyperscaler AI tools (Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure ML Studio).
• OpenCA L2 architect certification required.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into DevOps and AIOps pipelines and leverage generative AI tools.
• German language skills at least B2 level.
