Salary: $95,900 - $157,000

What you will do
- Identify business improvement opportunities and execute solutions aligned with enterprise and business unit strategic objectives.
- Develop timelines, goals, and metrics for cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and support the implementation of projects driving business change within assigned timeframes.
- Apply enterprise processes and solutions in partnership with Business Engineering.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and impacts affecting change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of experience (or High School Diploma and 8+ years) in Insurance or Operations.
- Knowledge in organizational design and development.
- Experience leading organizational change.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Schaumburg office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
- Experience with process mapping tools like Visio or Mural.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies to improve insurance transaction processing.
- Experience in manufacturing or other process-discipline environments.
