Salary: $95,900 - $157,000

What you will do

• Identify business improvement opportunities and execute solutions aligned with enterprise and business unit strategic objectives.
• Develop timelines, goals, and metrics for cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and support the implementation of projects driving business change within assigned timeframes.
• Apply enterprise processes and solutions in partnership with Business Engineering.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and impacts affecting change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of experience (or High School Diploma and 8+ years) in Insurance or Operations.
• Knowledge in organizational design and development.
• Experience leading organizational change.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Schaumburg office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
• Experience with process mapping tools like Visio or Mural.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies to improve insurance transaction processing.
• Experience in manufacturing or other process-discipline environments.
