What you will do

• Identify ineffective processes in collaboration with local SMEs and IT core teams.
• Design and implement process solutions that deliver tangible business benefits.
• Lead cross-functional teams through process improvement projects and change management.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Formalize an organizational strategy to consolidate ERP systems onto a global template.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or operations leadership.
• Working knowledge of SAP, including at least one core module (e.g., FI, CO, MM).
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis software.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
