What you will do

• Architect and overhaul end-to-end Risk Operations workflows, including Underwriting, Fraud, Compliance, and AML reviews.
• Design, map, and execute new frameworks using Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate operational waste and variance.
• Develop and communicate the process roadmap to stakeholders and leadership using data-driven insights.
• Lead multi-quarter initiatives, bridging the gap between technical and business requirements.
• Identify and prioritize business friction points to develop high-quality solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
• Apply DMAIC frameworks to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operational or process excellence projects within the Fintech sector.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent experience) with a track record of applying Lean principles.
• Deep understanding of process infrastructure and its interaction with Risk/Fraud tools.
• Proven ability to align operational excellence initiatives with broader corporate strategy.
• Exceptional leadership and change management skills to navigate shifting priorities.
• Masterful verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive-level communication
