Finance Systems Manager (ERP)

Location: Must be based in Burlingame, California (On-site)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead ERP implementation efforts including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization for finance and accounting functions.
• Serve as the primary owner of finance systems, building digital tools, reporting dashboards, and scenario planning workflows.
• Partner with the Controller to enhance accounting operations and financial controls.
• Manage integrations across ERP, payroll, procurement, and expense management systems.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and audit readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) to comply with U.S. export regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP implementation, or accounting systems.
• Hands-on experience administering or implementing ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial controls.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or inventory-based business environments.
