Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 • Offers Equity

What you will do

• Lead ERP implementation efforts, including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization for finance and accounting functions.
• Own finance systems and related workflows, including scenario planning and the creation of reporting dashboards.
• Partner with the Controller to enhance accounting operations and financial controls.
• Manage system integrations between ERP, payroll, procurement, and expense management tools.
• Develop scalable workflows for AP, AR, purchasing, and the month-end close process.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and training for the new systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP implementation, or business systems.
• Hands-on experience administering or implementing ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial workflows.
• Experience managing cross-functional implementation projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or inventory-based businesses.
