Senior Manager, Financial Systems (ERP)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $220,000–$280,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $195,000–$255,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, and comparable solutions.
• Architect and deploy integrations for high-volume financial and operational data across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, loan ledger, sales, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders, Product Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Internal Audit to align priorities and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, testing, operational playbooks, code review practices, design standards, and business-continuity processes.
• Develop and retain high-performing talent through feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Experience with ERP and EPM integrations supporting consolidation, financial close, intercompany accounting, allocations, planning, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, NetSuite SuiteTalk and SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, SFTP, and event-based integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Experience with data models, transformation logic, reconciliation controls, audit trails, data-quality monitoring, security, governance, and internal controls in regulated and publicly traded environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, team development, and CI/CD experience using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or comparable tools.
