Location: Long Beach, California, United States; onsite full-time position

Salary: $98,000–$139,000 per year for Teamcenter Administrator Level II; the listed California pay range is $98,000–$171,000 USD.

What you will do

• Provide daily Teamcenter PLM support to engineering teams.
• Analyze and resolve issues involving user accounts, access rights, material management, queries, part families, integrations, preferences, and configurations.
• Support workflows and convert Teamcenter/NX requirements into configuration changes and process improvements.
• Gather, document, and refine requirements while coordinating contractors delivering configuration changes.
• Participate in testing Teamcenter/NX patches, version upgrades, and system changes.
• Create documentation, best practices, specifications, training materials, and user training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience administering NX and Teamcenter in a design or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with NX administration and configuration, including NX Part Families.
• Production-support experience with Teamcenter 4-tier architecture and Rich Client/AWC-NX integration.
• Knowledge of PLM concepts, design best practices, industry and drafting standards, PMI, and GD&T.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export-control rules or be eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Python, C++, KF, Visual Basic, or NX Open.
• Active Workspace Client integration and visualization experience.
• Facilities experience in the aerospace industry and familiarity with space-planning procedures.
• ERP experience creating RFPs, purchase orders, and facilities work orders.
• Ability to read basic floor plans and manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
