What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 10 professionals responsible for the execution and support of Gripen E/F export contracts.
• Oversee the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including deliveries and Offset requirements.
• Identify and implement synergies and execution improvements across all export contracts.
• Collaborate with program management and internal units to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
• Engage in high-level strategic dialogues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and develop the newly formed group through effective team-building activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience handling business discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality contract deliveries.
• Solid business acumen and experience managing international business relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional work in complex organizations.
• Ability to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
