Project Controller (Aerospace)

Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands, at ESA/ESTEC; candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.

What you will do

• Support project planning, execution, follow-up, risk monitoring, cost control, scheduling, and management reporting.
• Prepare and maintain cost-at-completion resource plans, forecasts, and related reports.
• Monitor budgets, financial commitments, resource targets, deviations, recovery actions, transfers, and payment milestones.
• Support ESA tenders, contract change notices, proposal evaluations, procurement workplans, and contract action plans.
• Verify invoicing, payments, fixed assets, project inventory, export control activities, and industrial return compliance.
• Coordinate with ESA finance, operational contract services, project teams, industrial partners, and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• At least four years of experience controlling activities and resources in the aerospace industry.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU is required.
• Ability to engage with ESA corporate stakeholders, project teams, industrial partners, and international partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IPSAS and finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of another official ESA language.
