Bid Officer (SecurityTech)

What you will do

• Define bid strategy with the Bid Core Team and manage the complete bid process.
• Analyze and qualify complex tenders and offer requests, prepare bid structures, and develop competitive offers covering technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate internal departments, local entities, headquarters, and external experts to create cost-optimized, customer-specific solutions.
• Manage commercial, legal, technical, administrative, and risk-assessment aspects of tenders and offers.
• Coordinate bid-team meetings, customer negotiations, financing instruments, approvals, debriefings, and lessons learned.
• Prepare handover of won projects to execution teams and optimize bid-management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Background in International Business Administration and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Project management skills and experience with insurance.
• Profound commercial understanding, including financial KPIs and financial instruments.
• Structured and analytical approach to reporting and risk assessment.
• Ability to motivate and guide people, with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills.
• Good knowledge of products, services, and sales activities, with the ability to understand complex tenders and contracts.
• Excellent teamwork and soft skills for working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent French and English.
