What you will do

• Define bid strategies with the Bid Core Team and manage complete bid processes.
• Analyze and qualify complex tenders and offer requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams and involve technical, commercial, legal, tax, compliance, controlling, and external experts.
• Develop technically and commercially competitive, cost-optimized offers in line with customer requirements and internal processes.
• Coordinate risk assessments, approval processes, customer negotiations, bid-team meetings, and project handovers.
• Optimize bid-management processes and tools and support contract drafting and finalization.

Requirements

• Background in international business administration and strong project-management skills.
• Commercial understanding, including financial KPIs, insurance, and financial instruments such as guarantees, bid bonds, HERMES, and letters of credit.
• Ability to understand complex tenders and contracts and perform analytical reporting and risk assessments.
• Structured working style, strong communication, presentation, motivation, guidance, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented behavior and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent French and English required; additional languages are welcome.
