TL;DR

Tender & Contract Manager (Medical Devices): Developing and executing tender strategies for the Swedish and Finnish markets to secure product positioning in Ostomy and Continence Care with an accent on market access and stakeholder relationship management. Focus on maximizing tender outcomes, managing the full contract lifecycle, and conducting marketplace surveillance.

Location: Must be based in Helsinki (Finland) or Taby (Sweden). Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day per week work-from-home.

Salary: EUR 70,973 – 111,529 (Finland) / SEK 611,281 – 960,584 (Sweden). Eligible for HPM Scheme (up to 10% of annual base salary).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute tender strategies and tactical plans for Sweden and Finland to secure optimal product positioning.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of tender contracts, including follow-up and the development of service/supplementary agreements.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key procurement decision-makers and trade organizations.
  • Perform marketplace surveillance to identify trends, barriers, and competitive landscape updates.
  • Support business units in obtaining the highest possible reimbursement levels from authorities.
  • Collaborate with local Sales & Marketing and Global Market Access teams to integrate value propositions into Go2Market plans.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish, Finnish, and English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Nordic countries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to analyze financial data.
