What you will do

• Lead Data & Analytics sales in the Netherlands to drive growth and market penetration.
• Develop and execute the country GTM strategy in alignment with global and regional CoE offerings.
• Own market sizing frameworks and build qualified customer and deal pipelines.
• Orchestrate pre-sales and act as the senior point of accountability for deal shaping and solutioning.
• Maintain direct relationships with strategic customers to shape and sell large-scale deals.
• Implement a performance management framework with KPIs for pipeline health and win rates.

Requirements

• Established leadership experience in Data and AI with a track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven relationships with Senior Executives of large organizations in the Netherlands.
• Strong understanding of the Data and Analytics domain and its influence on business outcomes.
• Experience with cloud vendors such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Proven experience in at least two sectors: Consumer Products, Retail, Automotive, Life Sciences, Telco, Energy, Utilities, or Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment.
