Location: Must be based in Milano, Italy (Hybrid: 2 days/week from home).

Salary: €26,338 – €32,923 yearly.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
  • Analyze partner data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth through smart promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization.
  • Provide strategic guidance to partners based on their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to implement customized solutions.
  • Take ownership of partner revenue performance and ensure measurable growth.

Requirements

  • Native level of Italian required.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-performance sales, account management, or business consultancy.
  • Analytical approach with strong data manipulation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Milano, Italy.
