Location: Remote Italy. Must be based in Italy. Travel to Cagliari office for one working week per quarter is required.

What you will do
- Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, primarily through cold calling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
- Monitor activity tracking and ensure the completion of monthly targets.
- Conduct business trips to focus regions to gather market insights.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and share knowledge with international sales teams.
- Organize events to promote the brand and build a community of hosts.
Requirements
- Near-native Italian and fluent English skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts via phone and face-to-face.
- Positive mindset, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Solution-driven attitude with an organized and responsible work style.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for business trips.
