What you will do

• Lead strategic enterprise publisher partnerships within the Italian market.
• Develop relationships across all levels, from senior executives and editors to product and technical teams.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and monetization by showcasing the platform's value proposition.
• Analyze key metrics and implement proactive improvements based on data trends.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand platform adoption within existing client accounts.
• Communicate client-derived business intelligence to the Product Management team to inform new developments.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency.
• Medium to high English level.
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or the publishing industry.
• Proven track record of closing business and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring trends and generating business intelligence.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and establish goals for stakeholders.
