What you will do
- Execute full-cycle sales strategies, primarily through cold calling, to acquire new vacation rental hosts.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor and track sales activities to ensure monthly targets are met.
- Conduct regular business trips to focus regions to gather market insights and build local relationships.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and share sales expertise across international teams.
- Organize local events to promote the brand and foster a community of hosts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales or business development.
- Near-native Italian and fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in or able to work from Palermo or Trapani.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for required business travel.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to convince hosts both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to travel to the Catania office for one working week per quarter.
