Location: Remote-first, must be based in the U.S. Strong preference for candidates in East Coast states (e.g., NY, FL, GA, MA, VA, PA).

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by selling hirify.global solutions to universities and two- and four-year colleges.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contracting.
  • Develop and execute a clear territory plan to achieve and exceed annual quotas.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior executives, including VPs and Chancellors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner success teams to ensure a team-selling approach.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with rigor and discipline.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing 6-figure deals.
  • Experience navigating complex selling environments and large institutions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply a value-first approach when selling to senior executives.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience with a self-starter mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of fundraising and development roles within educational institutions.
  • Experience with non-profit fundraising, crowdfunding, or peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Volunteer experience helping schools raise money or engage alumni.
