What you will do
- Close new enterprise accounts to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to pipeline growth through self-directed outbound prospecting efforts.
- Nurture warm leads from initial discovery through to final signature.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and lead discovery calls.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts with high precision.
- Manage complex sales cycles and multiple tasks simultaneously using tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
- 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales with the ability to articulate metrics.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg).
- Background in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.
- Documented success working in a remote setting.
