What you will do

  • Close new enterprise accounts to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth through self-directed outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Nurture warm leads from initial discovery through to final signature.
  • Conduct high-level product demonstrations and lead discovery calls.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts with high precision.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and multiple tasks simultaneously using tools like Salesforce and Outreach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with the ability to articulate metrics.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg).
  • Background in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success working in a remote setting.
