What you will do
- Lead and mentor an engineering team responsible for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams to design and implement containerized solutions for hirify.global’s platform.
- Drive operational excellence through observability, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all infrastructure deployments.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and inclusive collaboration.
- Partner with leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and observability tools.
- Background in collaborating with distributed teams across global locations.
