What you will do
- Review current GMP/GDP Management Review practices to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and feedback.
- Perform industry benchmarking and best-practice analysis with other pharmaceutical companies.
- Translate complex QMS and performance data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Design and propose future-state Management Review frameworks and governance models.
- Support the implementation of new processes at the site and operational level.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality or Quality Systems.
- 5–8 years of experience working specifically with Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Solid knowledge of GMP/GDP and Management Review processes.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in a complex matrix environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in French.
- Experience with quality governance frameworks such as ICH Q10.
- Conceptual understanding of data visualization tools like Qlik or Power BI.
