What you will do
- Manage client relationships and financial performance to achieve Annual Operating Plan growth and revenue targets.
- Develop consultative C-level relationships through consistent in-market presence and executive industry events.
- Drive multi-product adoption across the RateGain and portfolios.
- Oversee the execution of large-scale, multi-property programs for midscale hotel chains.
- Align Sales, CSM, and Product teams according to unified account plans.
- Identify account risks and implement proactive churn mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality technology sales.
- Deep expertise in the Travel and MarTech industry.
- Experience managing global enterprise accounts ($5-10M+) and overall multi-million P&L.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year deals in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of digital media and distribution strategies (display, social, metasearch, SEM, and email).
- Must be based in the US to cover the US region.

- Proficiency with BI platforms, including Salesforce and Tableau.
