What you will do

  • Translate marketing assets into seller-ready narratives, pitch flows, and talk tracks.
  • Design and deliver training on sales psychology, discovery, and MEDDIC-style qualification.
  • Own and improve the enablement content library, Salesforce playbooks, and onboarding tracks.
  • Co-present weekly Sales Deep Dives regarding product updates and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness for every launch.
  • Analyze ramp time, content usage, and win rates to sharpen training cycles.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR/AE) or marketing, ideally in SaaS.
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for productivity.
  • Strong skills in presentation building (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to hospitality or travel software industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, Clari, Highspot, or similar tooling.
  • Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
  • Eye for professional design when creating slides and one-pagers.
