TL;DR

Senior Sales Solutions Engineer (AWS): Serving as the technical voice for hirify.global's AWS go-to-market motion, driving technical validation and enterprise adoption of code quality and AI assurance tools. Focus on leading discovery, delivering high-impact technical demos, and managing complex POCs in collaboration with AWS account teams.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, qualification, and demos for AWS-aligned enterprise opportunities.
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing hirify.globalQube and AI Code Assurance within customer AWS environments.
  • Scope and lead customer POCs and pilots, ensuring measurable technical win criteria are met.
  • Collaborate with AWS Partner Solution Architects to align on customer architecture and accelerate AWS Marketplace transactions.
  • Capture customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM priorities.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events like AWS re:Invent and AWS Summit.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience at an enterprise software vendor.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling alongside or into the AWS ecosystem.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification required (Professional/Specialty preferred).
  • Hands-on working knowledge of AWS services including compute, containers, AI/ML (Bedrock), and security.
  • Proven track record of owning the technical win and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX with ability to travel 30–40%.
