Strategic Solutions Engineer (AI): Serving as a technical partner to Sales and Success organizations to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition with an accent on agentic workflow automation and AI integration. Focus on designing custom proof-of-value projects, creating dynamic dashboards, and implementing scalable enterprise productivity solutions using LLMs.

Location: Must be based in the Northeastern U.S.; strong preference for candidates within travel distance of Boston due to periodic in-person requirements for customer meetings and team sessions.

Compensation: Estimated OTE $175K – $225K + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations on products and integrations for prospective and current clients.
• Design, develop, and manage customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects.
• Create custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams.
• Contribute to the functional and technical components of RFPs.
• Maintain updated demo spaces and stay current with new feature releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Northeastern U.S.
• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms and autonomous agents.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing technology role (ideally pre-sales, consulting, or implementation).
• 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, APIs, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Unito.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, diagramming, and value selling.
